This article covers setting fade time for smooth lighting transitions and managing your schedules—including enabling, disabling, and deleting them.


Setting Fade Time

Fade time controls how quickly lights transition when a schedule triggers.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. On the schedule editing page, tap Fade Time.
  2. Select the transition duration.
  3. Tap Done to confirm.
  4. Tap Done on the schedule editing page to save.

Fade Time Options

Choosing Fade Time

Saving a Schedule

After configuring all settings:

  1. Tap Done on the schedule editing page.
  2. The app may prompt you to keep time synced with sensors.
  3. Confirm to ensure accurate schedule execution.

Pre-Save Checklist

Before saving, verify:

  • [ ] Target selected (light, group, scene, or sensor)
  • [ ] Action configured (on, off, level, scene)
  • [ ] Time set
  • [ ] Repeat/days configured (if applicable)
  • [ ] Fade time selected

Enabling and Disabling Schedules

You can temporarily disable a schedule without deleting it.

To Disable a Schedule

  1. Navigate to MoreSchedule.
  2. Find the schedule in the list.
  3. Tap the enable/disable toggle on the right side.
  4. Toggle turns off—schedule is now disabled.

To Re-Enable a Schedule

  1. Find the disabled schedule.
  2. Tap the toggle again.
  3. Schedule is now active.

When to Disable vs Delete

Deleting Schedules

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to MoreSchedule.
  2. Find the schedule to delete.
  3. Swipe left across the schedule row.
  4. Tap the red Delete button.
  5. Confirm deletion.

The schedule is permanently removed.
